Healthy & Sweet: Easy Desserts That Won’t Set You Back

If you are like me, you have a sweet tooth that holds you prisoner, until you give in with some sugar. If you are also like me, you then feel regretful that you indulged in a gazillion grams of sugar, loaded with 5 million grams of fat! Yikes! How lucky you are, that I have created three recipes that break you from that sugar hostage situation, but keep you on track. I can’t believe these desserts taste this good, and are healthy!


Peaches and “Cream”

Skin and chop 4 peaches, and set in dish

Whip a can of cream of coconut with a tablespoon of maple syrup

Garnish peaches with pecans, drizzled with coconut cream, and mint


Chocolate Pudding image

2 avocados

1 scoop of Juice Plus Complete Dutch Chocolate Shake Mix

1/3 cup coconut milk

Pinch of cinnamon

Blend till smooth
Chill for 30min


“Ice Cream” 

Freeze one Banana

One Scoop of Juice Plus Vanilla Compete Shake Mix

Your choice of 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1/2 a cup of berries, or 2 tablespoons of honey

A dash of your favorite non-dairy milk

Blend all ingredients till smooth
