Healthy Crockpot Cranberry Sauce

Yields 8 servings



4 cups of fresh cranberries
2 cups of dried cranberries
2 large honeycrisp apples, diced [around 2.5 cups – skin optional]
1 large orange [enough for 1 tsp of zest + 1/2 cup of juice]
6 TBSP honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt

Grate the zest from your orange. Squeeze out 1/2 cup of juice from orange into crockpot.
Add your zest and all the above ingredients into your slow cooker, cover, and cook for 2 hours on high or 3-4 hours on low. Stir every so often. Smell the amazing cinnamon apple cranberry deliciousness!

Enjoy warm or chilled, for days after.
