Part 1: Shred10 Meal Planning – Breakfast

Happy New Year’s Eve! Tomorrow, Jan 1st is #Shred10 Eve! How will you meal prep for the #Shred10 Challenge? Check out these low maintenance, but highly nutritious, overnight oat recipes for a grab and go breakfast!

Overnight Oats

#1 Make your Base

For all recipes, start with a ½ cup of quick or rolled oats and a ½ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other non-dairy milk of choice). This will be the base, and it fits well in 8-ounce mason jar with added mix-ins.

#2 Add Mix-ins

Check out the 7 different mix-in recipes below. Note, that some ingredients may be better added at time of eating, if you want to preserve the crunch, or want fresher fruit.



Get your Juice Plus Chocolate or Vanilla Complete Powder 

#3 Refrigerate overnight

Cover each jar, and set it in the fridge till you are ready to enjoy. Eat them cold, or warm up in the morning.
