Spartan Race Beach Workout Tour

Coach Kandice always has something amazing up her sleeve! We had a BLAST at Surfside Beach, SC June 11th! Meeting the demand from you all, we’ll be back Sunday, June 25th for another Beach Workout!
What was the workout you ask? So fun….
4 Rounds:
200m Run in the sand (we used a hill in our run)
200m Run to ocean and back, until the water reaches above your hip bones
On the beach:
15 Burpees
15 Sit-ups
15 Air Squats
