Who is this programming for?
The Grit Train programming is for all levels of abilities, but it’s essential to have a basic foundation for functional bodyweight movements.
How much time will the programming require?
Each day will require an hour of activity, minus rest days.
What will I need?
A majority of the workouts will require space to run, and minimal equipment like a dumbbell or kettlebell and pull-up bar. The workouts are given for the entire week, so you can plan what days you can complete each workout.
Coach Kandice is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Spartan Race Group Exercise Coach with Distiction. She is a contributor on Spartan.com, and is the Head Coach of TEAM STRONG. Coach Kandice is the Wellness Coordinator for Healthy Living Y’All, LLC, and lives the mission of inspiring healthy living around the world. Kandice has a background as a competitive soccer player, and is now an elite obstacle course racer. She is continually growing her education and expertise in nutrition, obstacle course racing, and a winning mentality.
